My name is Alison McGaw and I will be your host when you stay at my Bed & Breakfast in Luton, Bedfordshire.
I studied hotel and catering at Letchworth College, Hertfordshire.
I worked in two 4 Star hotels in Scotland as a breakfast and pastry chef, housekeeper and silver service waitress.
I have had the pleasure of serving The Queen and Omar Shariff.
I was a food adviser under the umbrella of Jamie Oliver and his quest for getting children to eat more healthily in schools.
My aim is to provide a first class B & B in a homely environment for all my guests, with comfort and hospitality being paramount.
